Got 2 emails off royal mail saying the parcel will be with you between 09.43 and 13.43 the parcel didn't turn up so I'd waited in for 4 hours for nothing. The parcel was delivered later that day to a neighbor.

I have ordered 3 different times,twice garments were damaged/marked which is not only disappointing but unacceptable in my opinion, they must know garments aren't 100% went sent and maybe hope customers won't spot this.
